So I Stacked it while I was away for Code Camp...

Yep, embarassingly enough I managed to massively stack it during our trip to Wagga Wagga for the SQL Down under Code Camp last weekend. Now, not only did I stack it - but I managed to fracture my Right Radius in 3 places - apparently called a Compound Fracture. I have a crappy photo I took of the x-ray here:







The result of this was that I needed to have surgery so that they could realign my bones and resulted in an overnight stay in Wagga Base Hospital. I have to rave about how wonderful all the staff there were - so very friendly and always making sure I was comfortable with everything I needed. Everyone there was so very lovely, in Emergency, X-ray, Surgery & the Wards!

Even so, it was not quite what I had in mind for my Sunday afternoon or Monday. I had really enjoyed Saturday and was really dissapointed to miss some of the sessions planned for Sunday, which by all counts were great.. :(


Now as I learn to not only have to do things with one hand - I am learning how to do them with my left hand! What Fun! :p
