I am very happy to announce that today we received confirmation that Cybner is now a Microsoft Certified Partner for Microsoft Dynamics. This is something that we have been working towards as an organisation for some time and I am very proud of the team for all their effort towards making this happen.
An extra big thank you goes out to Kiavash who sat the last exam we needed to make the CRM competency last Friday!!

I'm curious... how hard was it?
Well, the process of filling out the form & upgrading from registered partner to certified partner once you have met the competencies was quite easy! ;)
The challenge for us was more along the lines of meeting our internal growth plan to be able to meet the competency.
Over the last 12 months we have grown from a sole trader business, to a company that employs more than one MCP, two of which have attended multiple CRM 3.0 and now 4.0 training courses, worked on several CRM projects and sat & passed the CRM required exams.
I took it a little further and also met the requirements for MCT so I can start to run some CRM training sessions as well (but that was a personal goal of mine).
Gaining the references for the recently completed CRM projects was also a fairly simple using the provided Web interface (and luckily we had very happy clients who were more than happy to be listed as references).
All of this has meant that we now have now completed the competency requirements in the Microsoft CRM Dynamics family.
Next we are looking at gaining the competency for Systems Integration! :D
